Click to collect

Items dispatched by click to collect will be ready for collection in conjunction with the time scales of the dispatch policy. 

Bespoke/personalised items may take 7-10 working days but we aim to have items ready for collection within 3-4 working days.

Embroidery can take up to 21 days but we aim to have items ready for dispatch within 10 working days. Customers using our click to collect service will receive an email/text when items are ready to collect.
